Integrating the RoamAnywhere Mobility Router into an existing PBX setup is simple and does NOT require tampering with the desk phones. The Mobility Router integrates using standard SIP line-side and trunk-side interfaces with existing PBX systems and requires minimal configuration. In some cases, configuration between the Mobility Router and the PBX can be auto-negotiated.
Extending desk phone features to the mobile, administrators now have the option of assigning desk phones only to those users who require them, further reducing infrastructure costs.
