Pejman Roshan

Interim Chief Executive Officer and Founder

Mr. Pejman Roshan is the Interim CEO and a founder of Agito Networks. He brings more than 16 years of wireless expertise and an extensive track record to the company.

Prior to founding Agito, Mr. Roshan was Product Line Manager in the Cisco Systems Wireless Networking Business Unit, responsible for software, security, voice and WLAN management products. Roshan joined Cisco’s Wireless Networking Business Unit just after its acquisition of Aironet in 2000, helping drive Cisco into its wireless market leadership position.

Prior to his product role at Cisco, Mr. Roshan spent eight years as a network engineer and architect. Mr. Roshan designed and deployed large-scale networks for companies such as Cisco Systems and Automatic Data Processing (ADP).

Mr. Roshan’s accomplishments include participation in the IEEE 802.11 task groups responsible for security (802.11i) and QoS (802.11e); co-authoring the Cisco Press book 802.11 Wireless LAN Fundamentals, published by Cisco Systems in 2004; as well as publishing numerous wireless security and wireless voice white papers.

Mr. Roshan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic (Cal Poly) University.

Tim Olson

Chief Technical Officer and Founder

Mr. Tim Olson is the CTO and a founder of Agito Networks. Utilizing his diverse background in cellular and 802.11/VoWLAN wireless technologies, he currently leads the technical direction and architectural planning of the company’s products.

Prior to founding Agito, Mr. Olson was Technical Leader in the Cisco Systems Wireless Networking Business Unit. He was recognized as a “Cisco Innovator” for his leadership in defining the Cisco Structured Wireless Aware Networking, a next-generation architecture providing advanced WLAN security, QoS, mobility, network management, intrusion detection, and RF management.

Mr. Olson joined Cisco Systems in 2000 following the acquisition of JetCell, a wireless startup that developed a GSM Base Station capable of providing GSM cellular service with a VOIP backend. At JetCell, he was an early employee and senior member of the technical staff responsible for system-level product specification, development and deployment. Prior to JetCell, Mr. Olson was Software Architect at Blue Wireless, a start-up that developed a platform using text-to-speech and speech recognition to deliver Internet content over cellular networks. Previously, at Silicon Wireless, a start-up that developed an advanced GSM Base Station and Base Station Controller, he was a key architects for the company’s defining macro-diversity combining feature.

Mr. Olson is a co-author of the initial proposal that is the basis for the forthcoming IEEE 802.11k standard for radio measurement resources. He holds more than 15 patents and pending patents in networking. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of California.

Mark Cashman

Vice President of Business Development

Mr. Mark Cashman is the Vice President of Business Development for Agito Networks, responsible for the company’s strategic partnerships and business development activities.

Mr. Cashman has more than 15 years of experience in product management, marketing and business development with mobility products at IBM Global Services, AT&T, GoRemote (acquired by iPass) and Fiberlink. His accomplishments include launching IBM’s Internet Connection Service in 1994 that grew from $100,000 in revenue to more than $235M over a 5 year period. While at AT&T he introduced several new remote access services that contributed to the company’s success.

In his most recent role of Director of Product Management at Fiberlink, Mr. Cashman introduced six new mobility offerings while Fiberlink successfully transitioned from a VNO to a Software as a Services company. In his role, Mr. Cashman and his team identified and delivered integrated mobility solutions based on best-of-breed partner technology, and also filed for several patent applications using neural network control to enforce security policies and address regulatory and compliance requirements.

Mr. Cashman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Purdue University.

Jeff Dolce

Vice President of Sales

Mr. Jeff Dolce brings more than 20 years of successful sales and management experience to his role as Vice President of Sales at Agito Networks.

Most recently, Mr. Dolce served as the Eastern Area Manager in Mobility Sales for Cisco Systems, achieving 30-percent year-over-year growth rates and earning numerous Cisco top performance awards. He was also a key contributor to Cisco’s Mobility Education Initiative. Mr. Dolce came to Cisco by way of its 2005 acquisition of Airespace, where he served as Director of Sales. There he led a team of 20 employees, managed and closed numerous large strategic accounts, and grew the Airespace business from $0 to $30M in 18 months.

Before Airespace, Mr. Dolce joined Turnstone Systems as its first sales executive on the East Coast. At Turnstone he was promoted three times in 5 years, his last position being Director of Service Provider Sales, where he directed the U.S., Canadian Sales and System Engineering teams responsible for building sales through the carrier channel. The company had a successful IPO in 2000, the same year he earned Top Performer of the Year honors. Previously, Mr. Dolce served as a sales executive at Newbridge Networks, his last position being Director of Sales for Verizon Network Integration. There he was responsible for selling turnkey solutions, and building and managing strategic reseller partnerships.

Mr. Dolce holds Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bryant College, and earned an MBA and Master of Science in Business Training, both from the University of Southern New Hampshire.

Bill Miskovetz

Vice President of Engineering

Mr. Bill Miskovetz is the Vice President of Engineering for Agito Networks. He brings extensive experience in managing high-growth engineering teams that drive new networking and communications products.

Previously, Mr. Miskovetz was the Vice President of Engineering and a founder of Trapeze Networks, a startup pioneer and now one of the market leaders in enterprise WLAN infrastructure.

Before to founding Trapeze, Mr. Miskovetz was the Vice President of Engineering for Redback Networks, where he managed more than 800 engineers in software, hardware and software quality assurance. He led the organization responsible for delivering the software releases that accounted for all of the company’s revenue prior to the merger with Siara Systems in 1999.

Previously, Mr. Miskovetz was the Vice President of Engineering for FreeGate Corporation, a developer of Internet service appliances, and later acquired by Tut Systems. Before FreeGate, Bill held a number of management positions at Cisco Systems, where his organizations were responsible for all platform-independent WAN software in Cisco IOS®, the system software for all of Cisco's major products.

Mr. Miskovetz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois.
