AGITO NETWORKS TO PREMIERE NEXT GENERATION OF ENTERPRISE-GRADE MOBILE CONVERGENCE PRODUCTS AT MOBILE BUSINESS EXPO 2008

VP of Marketing and Co-Founder Pejman Roshan to Present on “Convergence – Or Not” Panel for Better Understanding of Mobile Convergence Options and Advantages for Enterprises

SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Sept. 10, 2008 – Agito Networks, Inc.™, the company delivering new technology in enterprise mobility, the company delivering new technology in enterprise mobility, today announced it will unveil and demonstrate publicly for the first time the next-generation version of its RoamAnywhere™ Mobility Router™ at Mobile Business Expo (MBX) 2008 in its booth No. 810. The event takes place at the Javits Convention Center in New York, and runs from Sept. 16 – 19.

Agito’s award-winning RoamAnywhere Mobility Router is the industry’s most powerful enterprise fixed mobile convergence (eFMC) product, purpose built for enterprises to help them increase mobile worker productivity while reducing cellular costs. Industry firsts in Agito’s new enterprise mobility release on display at Interop NY/MBX next week include Secure Remote Voice for secure voice over WLAN (VoWLAN), Dual Persona for converged enterprise and personal functionality on a single device, advances in Dynamic Least Cost Routing for further cellular cost savings, and the broadest PBX and Nokia/Windows Mobile handset support available.

Agito Networks uniquely fuses Wi-Fi, cellular, IP telephony, and location information, improving the accessibility and responsiveness of mobile workers, while drastically reducing mobile costs. RoamAnywhere uses the industry’s most complete set of proactive, location- and policy-based metrics, in addition to simplistic reactive metrics, to deliver fast and automatic, sub-100ms handover of mobile voice between WLAN and cellular networks. Other solutions rely solely on reactive, “call-in-distress” metrics, such as diminishing signal strength and degrading voice quality, waiting for the call to degrade before attempting a handover. RoamAnywhere adds proactive metrics, including location- and policy-based metrics, such as handset battery levels and network costs, into its handover decisions, delivering the best mobile voice experience for users.

“Over the past year we have seen dramatic developments in the enterprise mobility and fixed mobile convergence (FMC) marketplace, and a rising adoption from enterprises,” said General Manager of Mobile Business Expo Steve Wylie. “Mobile convergence is a central theme of the expo this year, and we’re pleased Agito selected our event to unveil the next-generation release of RoamAnywhere, publicly debuting the product’s enhancements for conference attendees.”

During the event, wireless expert and Agito Networks VP of Marketing Pejman Roshan will present on the event’s “Convergence – Or Not” panel on Thurs., Sept. 18, at 10:15 am EDT. The session will explore the advantages of various FMC approaches, and the best options available for enterprise IT and telecom managers’ specific environments and requirements.

Also, Sandeep Rangarajan, senior product line manager at Agito Networks, will present “Is Fixed Mobile Convergence Ready for the Enterprise?” in the Market Leaders Track on Weds., Sept. 17, at 4 pm EDT in the exhibition hall theater. Attendees will learn about enterprise-ready technology that provides mobile workers with productivity gains by mobilizing voice and data applications, while enabling IT to retain control over costs, mobile service, and mobile users.
